resources :D

i always love when other sites have a resource list, so i thought i might as well add my own. fair warning: i dont actually know that many things to use, so... uhm... might not be a very good list lol.

helpful website tools/cool things to add

  • cbox: a free chatbox to add to your site :)
  • tutorial to make your own chatbox: ive not used this, but ive seen it linked and if you have a database server this would probably be really good :)
  • atabook: a free guestbook, made by the people behind nekoweb :3 the other option ive seen sucks, just fyi.
  • guestbooks: another guestbook service thing, ive not used it but its free and is probably good.
  • world of text: a free site where you can make a page with editiable text. uhmmm idk how to really explain it lol, its on the right sidebar.
  • ayano's comment widget: doesnt work for free on neocities accounts, but it works on nekoweb and you can try this version but it didnt work for me. instead i had to make a custome webpage for each comment section on nekoweb and use an iframe. its not that bad (copy paste my beloved <3) but if you dont want to make a nekoweb account then its probably not worth it.
  • status cafe: a lot of people use this, but it has a long wait time to register.
  • rss feed widget: i dont use it but i was gonna.
  • piclog: status cafe but images.
  • webneko: add a cat to chase the mouse. if i didnt have spamton id have this, its super cute ^^
  • RV's javascript and dhtml graphic effetcs: free resource for text and graphic effetcs. i dont use it tho...
  • repth themes: themes to use for a website, with credit.
  • teppy's layouts: layouts for your website, i used one :D
  • HTML for neocities masterlist: a tumblr post with a lost of stuff that might help you.
  • scripted's resources another resource list.
  • 44x50: a couple simple templates.
  • give a dog a home: this is on my home page lol, get a little doggo and put it on your page. i thiiinnkkk youre supposed to tell the creator if youve done this so they can link you, make sure to read any intructions.

  • youtube playlist downloader: a free tool to download entire playlists off of youtube without limits, the only one i found that works and is comepletely free. you have to download it, but it works pretty good. just fyi: this is the best tool ive found for downloading a fuck-ton of songs at a time, but when i went to grab the url for the download i realised that the creator is pro israel. i dont want to be political or anything, but i thought i might as well warn you, since people have strong opinions on all of that.
  • vscodium: an alternative to vscode, iirc.
  • deltarune text dump: deltarune text dump :D self explanatory, i think.
  • youtube to mp3 converter: download stuff from youtube. you can choose mp3 or mp4 and quality setttings. its free.
  • papyrus and undyne calls: all of papyrus and undyne's calls.
  • mclce server list: a list of active servers for minecraft legacy console edition.
  • lce emerald launcher: download the emerald launcher for LCE--- i use it and its pretty good.
  • LCE Revelations: download the revelations build for LCE.
  • old novaskin: you can make skins that work in LCE. there are tutorials on how to actually implement the skins on youtube.
  • kicya: from nekoweb and atabook creators, you may wanna check it out, may not, idk.
  • CNVMP3: another downloader for youtube.
  • the undertale wiki: the undertale wiki.
  • wingdings translator: translate wingdings.
  • flipnote studio
  • petpet: make a gif of your blorbo getting pat
  • spriters resource undertale: spriters resource. it goes to the undertale page, but you should be able to go to other pages as well.
  • picard: program to tag music files and get their cover art. you have to download it, but its free.
  • how to quit spotify: a useful video talking about how to stop using spotify/music streaming :)
