he has haphephobia, but i feel like error would 100% be a really touchy person, if you get what i mean. like pulling people around to show them stuff and whatnot. but instead of touching them, he uses his strings. which probably hurts but he doesnt know any better. idk tho, i just think this is cute and works as a great solution to wanting him to be more physical without erasing his phobia.

he has every diesease ever made but since hes a glitch it doesnt affect him :p also hes like spamton. he smellllsssss and belongs in a dumpstterrrrr. /j/j/j/j/j except actually not that hobo never takes showers EVER

brotherly bond with ink over simply besties or... stars forbid... dating... bc theyre so cute as brothers, yknow??? this is my preffered view of their hypothetical relationship.

illiterate. as in doesnt read or only tries without glasses bc he own 0 books and doesnt like wearing his glasses in public.

since hes the #1 classic sans fanboy, he has opinions on how classic is supposed to be and he was NOT happy with deltarune ch4's ending.this has nothing to do with how i was feeling nooooooo no ofc nottt

so canonically speaking error is unable to know what his sexuality is bc of his glitchiness and whatever and he wouldnt be able to tell if he had feelings for someone and eeven if he did he wouldnt be able to keep up a relationship bc that requires a lot of connsistency and he is inconsistency incarnated. so. idk if i explained that very well but theres a post on the ask error blog that says it better. anyways i say this bc it means that nobody can definitively disprove aroace error. he has better things to be doing!!! so at the very least he believes himself to be aroace (even if he is actually bisexual(actual hc for him btw)... shhh) anyways uhm. i may be a little delusional lol

ermm.... glitchgender. yeah thats him :3. he is LITERALLY a glitch. also i like to hc that he has identity issues due to the whole... forgetting everything about his past and being all corrupted and stuff. "when you take away someone's memories, you take away who they are" - a very poorly remembered quote from allegiant by veronica roth. i really like this idea :3. bro likes to think he has it all together but he's lying to himself he doesn't know shit

cat person and you cannot convince me otherwise. as in he is a wet cat. also would prefer cats bc they arent as loud and stuff (...depending on the cat)

misc thoughts

this one goes a little off rails sorry. canon error and underverse error are the goats (theyre different but the same at the same time woa). yes, UV error isnt characterised perfectly (too angry, too consistent, too competent... tho i do think he would have grudges and stay angry idk might just be me tho) but hes still really good! he has his canon error moments. i will die on the hill that both are good and can coexist. i think jakei did a really impressive job with how they (cant remember pronouns so please correct me if im wrong) made underverse and didnt characterise them all to be super fanon. im not too familiar with all of their canons (just error's and cross's really, the others i have a vague understanding...) but from what i know, it was pretty good. killer was just a bit too reactive to pain (according to experts not me), but other than that he and nightmare's characters are (from what i know) spot on. classic is good, fell is fell, swap is chill... idk man. its a lot of characters to keep track of and research, and not leaning fully into the widespread fanon (like dust and horror being with nightmare) is enough for me. yes theres fanon elements, no i dont care. underverse is incredibly impressive from just an animating perspective, the writing is great, and im just happy to see a fan series being made about my favorite thing :) im just glad to see error being animated and goofy (people tend to forget hes still a silly goose in UV). also i have to love UV error bc thats how i got into error to begin with. so ye i love UV error and dont personally see much difference between the two like the big thing that sticks out to me is him destroying the whole multiverse and being to honed in on a goal and being so angry and planning and stuff. hes a stupid idiot hobo he cares more about undernovela and his puppets then his "job" (the thing he believes to be his purpose) i dont think that he would care so much. but idk. i like bothhhhhh. also underverse gets bonus points for not taking error that seriously for the most part and having him be a sideplot that wants to be in the main bad guy 10/10.

error and spamton would be interesting together. think about it. im sure you can come up with more compelling stuff than i can lol

dude i need to read this comic everyday and all the extra posts and take notes and even then i probably wouldnt understand him very well ughhhh

first off, this is how i personally prefer to draw him. diidd take a bit tho, as you'll see, but this is what ive settled on.

i kinda just put a hood on his jecket and gave him velcro shoes lol (he isn't wearing socks but they do light up so thats cool :D)
